Renewable World has been shortlisted as a finalist for the Institute of Fundraising National Awards 2010 in the category of Best Business/Charity Partnership Campaign.

The award, sponsored by the Guardian, is in recognition of our unique partnership with RenewableUK, the UK's leading trade association for the wind and marine renewables industry, which has enables us to build relationships with their members and successfully raise funds from across the sector to tackle energy poverty through our renewable energy projects in developing countries.

Many RenewableUK members and other businesses have supported Renewable World through making corporate donations or encouraging their staff to participate in our fundraising events. We are grateful to all for their continued support.

The winners of this award will be announced on Monday 5th July at an award ceremony held at the Hilton London Metropole.
